Step Three:

You’ll join your peer group, decide on a group name, and begin the program.

  • All members meet in person each quarter. One annual retreat at the group's request/direction is filled with activities and workshop-style sessions. Speakers and subject matter experts can and will be invited based on the group's needs, goals, and desires.

  • Peer group sessions allow you to create meaningful, long-term connections, navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and push each other to achieve more.

  • There are no more than eight members in a group.
