Meet the Founder & CEO of OPPEN Coaching, Andrew Salmon 

Founded in 2021, OPPEN Coaching helps successful men improve their overall quality of life, business, and performance. By utilizing concepts of awareness, action, and self-accountability, Andrew helps leaders at work and at home identify and implement individual solutions to their unique situations.

My journey has been rich and diverse, shaping me into the coach I am today.

Hello! I'm Andrew Salmon. As a husband and father, I understand the importance of balancing personal and professional life. My experiences as a family business owner and philanthropist have given me a deep appreciation for the value of community and giving back. My role as a lobbyist has taught me the power of advocacy and the impact of effective communication.

I've served as a board member, providing strategic guidance and leadership to various organizations.

My athletic endeavors as a lifelong college athlete and six-time Ironman athlete have instilled in me a relentless drive and determination. I continue to challenge myself as a Koan and 70.3 qualifier and racer and now as a BJJ and movement-based athlete.

Today, I am committed to helping other successful men discover their own paths to fulfillment and happiness. Andrew owns a senior Healthcare and Housing business in its third generation, founded in 1952.

➡ 6x Ironman, Kona Qualifier

He’s completed six Ironman triathlons, including Ironman Hawaii in 2012.

➡ Brown belt in jiu jitsu

This sport has allowed him excellent mobility and strength in his 40s and taught him to check his ego at the mat.
